This term, Year 7 students will dive into the world of Shakespeare through A Midsummer Night’s Dream, exploring the richness of Shakespearean language, dramatic irony, and comedy. They’ll bring the play to life through letter writing, analysis, and performance. To round off the year, students will complete a comparative book study, developing their critical reading and discussion skills. In maths, they will tackle operations and equations involving directed numbers, explore algebraic expressions, and deepen their understanding of prime numbers and factors through engaging, problem-solving activities that build fluency and confidence.
